This is the re-editing of a sequence of portraits taken at a single sitting. My task is undertaken in a process that mirrors the mind and emotion attempting to reconcile the ambiguous (recollection) with the concrete (the very real image) through selective recollection and forgetting, as I ask him to contemplate the nature of our relationship.

With each altered sequence a differing possible outcome is possible. A success? A failure? An attempt, none-the-less.
